摘要
本文报告了1例颈椎骨折术后并发食管瘘患者的整体护理体会,护理重点包括:针对该名患者提出相应的护理评估、目前存在的护理问题、并提出相应的护理诊断、护理措施和目标,经过全体医护人员的精心治疗和护理,患者顺利康复出院。
This paper reported one case with cervical spine fracture complicated with esophageal fistula of integral nursing.Nursing highlights include:for the patients of put forward the corresponding nursing evaluation,the existing problems,and proposes the corresponding nursing diagnosis and nursing measures and goals.Through the careful treatment and care of all health care workers,patients recovered smoothly discharged from hospital.
