宫颈炎康栓联合微波治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染伴宫颈糜烂样改变的效果

Effect of Cervicitis Suppository Combined with Microwave on Cervical High-risk Type HPV Infection with Cervical Erosion Changes

目的:探讨宫颈炎康栓联合微波治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染伴宫颈糜烂样改变的效果。方法:选择2018年1-12月笔者所在医院妇科门诊确诊为宫颈高危型HPV感染伴宫颈糜烂样改变患者156例。根据就诊顺序采用随机分组信件法将纳入患者分为观察组和对照组,每组78例。对照组采用微波治疗,观察组采用宫颈炎康栓联合微波治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清hs-CRP、TNF-α水平,高危型HPV-DNA转阴率及临床效果。结果:观察组高危型HPV-DNA转阴率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈炎康栓联合微波治疗能够降低炎性因子水平,改善宫颈高危型HPV感染伴宫颈糜烂样改变患者的宫颈炎症,提高HPV-DNA转阴率,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Cervicitis Suppository combined with microwave in the treatment of cervical high-risk type HPV infection with cervical erosion changes.Method:From January to December 2018,a total of 156 patients with cervical high-risk type HPV infection with cervical erosion changes were diagnosed in the gynaecological clinic of the author’s hospital.According to the order of treatment,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random group letter method,78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microwave,and the observation group was treated with Cervicitis Suppository combined with microwave therapy.Serum hs-CRP,TNF-αlevels before and after treatment,high-risk type HPV-DNA negative rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:The high-risk type HPV-DNA negative rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum hs-CRP and TNF-αlevels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the serum hs-CRP and TNF-αlevels in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervicitis Suppository combined with microwave can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve cervical inflammation in patients with cervical high-risk type HPV infection with cervical erosion changes,improve HPV-DNA negative rate,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
