急诊胸痛中心建立对ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者抢救效果及抢救时间的影响分析

Effect of Establishment of Emergency Chest Pain Center Establishment on Rescue Effect and Rescue Time of Patients with ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

目的:分析急诊胸痛中心建立对ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者抢救效果及抢救时间的影响。方法:将急诊胸痛中心建立前(2017年1-12月)收治的65例ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者设为对照组,将急诊胸痛中心建立后(2018年1-12月)收治的65例ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者设为观察组,比较两组救治时间及救治效果。结果:观察组心电图完成时间、心电监护建立时间、静脉通道建立时间、鼻导管吸氧建立时间及急诊总耗时均优短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组门球扩张时间、住院时间、复发率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院急诊胸痛中心的建立可明显缩短ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者抢救时间,提高抢救效果,对患者治疗结局及预后的改善意义重大,有临床推广应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of establishment of emergency chest pain center on the rescue effect and rescue time of patients with STsegment elevation myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 65 patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted before the establishment of the emergency chest pain center(January to December 2017)were set as control group,and 65 patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted after the establishment of the emergency chest pain center(January to December 2018)were set as observation group.The treatment time and effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The completion time of electrocardiogram,establishment time of electrocardiogram monitoring,establishment time of venous channel,establishment time of nasal catheter oxygen inhalation and total emergency time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expansion time,hospitalization time and recurrence rate of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of emergency chest pain center in hospital can significantly shorten the rescue time of patients with high ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and improve the rescue effect.It is of great significance for the improvement of treatment outcome and prognosis of patients,and has clinical application value.
