摘要
[目的 ]探讨轮叶党参对高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的预防作用 .[方法 ]选用轮叶党参 50 0mL/L乙醇提取液对实验性大鼠高脂血症进行预防实验 .[结果 ]给予高脂饲料的同时给予 3 g/kg和 6g/kg轮叶党参生药乙醇提取液的大鼠血清甘油三酯含量明显低于只给予高脂饲料的大鼠 ,肝总脂解酶、肝脂酶及脂蛋白脂酶活性明显高于只给予高脂饲料的大鼠 .[结论
OBJECTIVETo study the preventive effects o f Codonopsis Lanceolata for hyperlipemia and atheroscleorsis.METHO DS Using 500mL/L of the Codonopsis Lanceolata alcohol extract, preven tive experiments for hyperlipemia were conducted in rats.RESULTS Compar ed with high lipid feed group, the serum triglyceride(TG) in rat were significan tly decreased, and the activities of lipases, including lipoprotein lipase ( LPL) and hepatic lipase (HL) were significantly upregulated in the medium and high d oses groups, in which rats were given the extract 3g/kg,6g/kg(calculated in crud medicine) porespecticely.CONCLUSIONCodono psis Lanceolata has preventive effects for hypertriglyceridemia.
