[背景 ]少数急性心肌炎患者的心电图ST段弓背向上抬高 ,酷似急性心肌梗死表现 ,易误诊 .[病例报告 ] 2例急性重症病毒性心肌炎病人临床表现严重 ,发生严重心力衰竭及心律失常 .[讨论 ]急性重症病毒性心肌炎易误诊为急性心肌梗死 。

BACKGROUNDSome cases of acute myocarditi s had elevation of ST segment in the electrocardiogram (ECG), and therefore it was similar with acute myocardial infarct(AMI) and was easily misdiagnosed. CASE REPORT2 cases of acute myocarditis have serious clinical manif estation, heart failure, and arrythmia.DIS CUSSI ONAcute myocardiditis must be carefully differentiated with AMI.
