胃异位胰腺1例

One case of ectopic pancreas with gastric localization

[背景 ]胃异位胰腺较罕见 ,诊断困难 .[病例报告 ]病人以上腹部胀痛不适伴消化不良 5年 ,加重 6个月为主诉入院 .术前钡餐和胃镜检查未能确诊 ,经术中冰冻切片检查诊断为胃异位胰腺 .[讨论 ]如果经钡餐透视发现特征性的脐样征和导管征 ,则可诊断为胃异位胰腺 ,胃镜检查时发现胃粘膜下半球形隆起 ,如活体组织检查取到异位胰腺组织或看到有胰管开口 。

BACKGROUNDEctopic pancreas with gastric lo calization is rather infrequency and difficult to diagnose. CASE RE PORT The patient was administrated with upper abdomen distending pain and i ndisposition for 5 years and aggravation for half a year. It could not been diag nosed by preoperative barium meal and gastroscopy, but was diagnosed by intr aope rative frozen section.DISCUSSIONIf the characteristic signs such as omphalos shape a nd catheter are detected with barium meal, and if hemisphere shape projection be low gastric mucosa is found by gastroscopy and if the pancreatic tissue and duct are found by biopsy, it was diagnosed as the ectopic pancreas with gastric loca lization.
