164例外伤性脾破裂临床分析

Clinical analysis of 164 cases of traumatic spleen rupture

[背景 ]探讨外伤性脾破裂的诊断与治疗体会 .[病例报告 ] 164例外伤性脾破裂患者中行手术治疗 153例 ,非手术治疗 11例 ;死亡 4例 ,160例经治疗痊愈出院 .[讨论 ]对有腹部外伤史、腹腔穿刺抽出不凝固血液、出现内出血症状的病人结合进行B型超声检查或CT检查可做出外伤性脾破裂的诊断 ,在治疗方法上以手术治疗为主 。

BACKGROUNDTo study the diagnosis and treatment for traumatic spleen rupture.CASE REPORT Of 164 cas es of traumatic spleen rupture, 153 cases were treated by operation and 11 cases by non-operation, in which 4 cases were dead and 160 cases were cured.DISCUSSIONTraumatic spleen rupture is diagnosed by t hat there are external injury history, internal hemorrhage symptom, non-coagula t ing blood taken out from abdominal cavity by puncture in clinic, and the B mode ultrasonic examination or CT scan can. Treatment is based on operation,the best treatment is to excise the spleen at early stage.
