赤霉烯酮的微生物还原

摘要 用 Rhodotorula sp.Saccharomyces sp.Arthrobacter sp.和 Candida sp.四属20株菌对由 Fusarium graminearum 产生的类雌激素——赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone)的还原转化进行了研究。实验结果证明,Rhodotorula sp.和 Arthrobacter sp.的还原产物主要是α-赤霉烯醇(α-Zesralenol,经 HPLC 鉴定含量分别为96%和84%)。Saccharomyces sp.和 Candidasp.的主要还原产物是β-赤霉烯醇(β-Zearslenol,经 HPLC 鉴定含量分别为91%和92%)。产物均经 HPLC、^(13)C-NMR 和 MS 鉴定确证。 The conversion of Zearalenone by somestrains of microorganisms was investigated.When the selective strains of Rhodotorulasp.,Arthrobacter sp.,Saccharomyces sp.,andCandida sp.were incubated by shaking orstanding at 28℃ for 72 h with an alcoholicsolution of Zearalenone as the substrate at aconcentration of 2—10 mg/ml ethanol(50—100 μg/ml medium),it was readily convertedto give Zearalenols,consisting either mainlyof the α-isomer(e.g.96% in case of Rhodoto-rula sp.and 84% in case of Arthrobacter sp.as determined by HPLC)or β-isomer(e.g.91% and 92% in Saccharomyces sp.andCandida sp.,respectively).The structure ofthe product was confirmed by ^(13)C-NMR,MSand HPLC.
