分析了软土地基上预制桩承载力的时效性机理 ,介绍了几种研究承载力时效性的经验回归公式 ,结合工程说明应充分认识承载力时效性的科学性和利用这种规律潜在的巨大经济效益。

As for the pile engineering, with particular to the pile foundations constructed in the soft clay foundations,much attention is paid to their vertical pressure-resistant bearing capacity on how the design requirements can be met. The aging mechanism for the prefabricated pile bearing capacity in soft clay foundations are analyzed, several empirical regressive formulas about studying the aging of bearing capacity are presented. It is stated that a full acknowledgement on the aging and scientific characters of the bearing capacity is necessary, so as to use this potential economic benefit.
