南京市六合区采矿权拍卖试点的思考

通过六合区采矿权拍卖的试点 ,探索矿业权市场的运行规律和特点 ,说明矿业权市场建设对促进矿产资源的可持续利用的重要性。结合南京实际 ,提出了采矿权储备、采矿权市场机构建设等方面的建议。

A public auction trial of the mining right has been determined in Liuhe District since 2002,in order to seek after circulation regularity and characters of mining right market, and to boost its construction and development, to improve administrial level for the mineral resources in Manjing. The experiment shows that it is very important for the rectification of mining industry and sustainable growth and utilization pf mineral resources to establish and develop mining right market. Some suggestions for example, the storage of mining right and the systematic construction of mining ritht market are put forward in accordance with the practical situation in Nanjing.
