芬太尼与曲马多伍用异丙酚用于人工流产镇痛的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE ANALGESTIC EFFECT OF FENTANYL OR TRAMADOL PLUS ISOPROPYL PHENOL ON ARTIFICIAL ABORTION

目的 探讨芬太尼与曲马多伍用异丙酚用于人工流产的临床镇痛、镇静效应。方法 自愿接受人工流产者 1 2 0例 ,ASAI—Ⅱ级 ,妊娠 6～ 1 0周 ,随机分为两组 :每组 60例 ,A组为芬太尼组 ,B组为曲马多组 ,两组间年龄、体重、妊娠时间均无显著差异。分别观察心率、血压、脉博血氧饱和度变化 ,异丙酚用量 ,呼吸频率及呼吸抑制发生率 ,清醒时间 ,恶心、呕吐发生率及苏醒后痛苦记忆发生率。结果 呼吸频率减慢、呼吸抑制及脉搏血氧饱和度低于 95 %者A组明显高于B组 ,其他观察指标两组间均无显著差异。结论 等效计量镇痛药芬太尼与曲马多伍用诱导迅速、苏醒快的全麻药异丙芬用于人工流产均可达到满意的麻醉、镇痛效果 ,但伍用芬太尼时呼吸频率减慢。

Objective To investigate the analgestic and sedative effect of Fentanyl or Tramadol plus Isopropyl Phenol on artificial abortion. Methods 120 cases of volunteers who showed ASAI- II degree, pregnant 6-10w and want to receive artificial abortion were selected as subjects. Randomly divided as 2 groups, each group was 60 cases; A group as Fentanyl group and B group as Tramadol group; 2 groups each group was 60 cases;A group as Fentanyl group and B group as Tramadol group;2 groupshad no significant differences in age, body weight and pregnant time. The observation indexes included heart rate, blood pressure, pulse blood oxydren saturate degree, dosage of Isopropyl Phenol, the frequency rate of respiratory decrease and respiratory suppression,consciousness time, the frequency rate of nausea and vomiting, etc. Results Group A showed higher frequency of breath rate decrease, breath suppression and pulse bloo oxydren saturate degree lower to 95% than group B, the other indexes showed no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion uniform effect calculation for analgestic drug Fentanyl or Tramadol compatibility of medicines to induce fast and quick consciousness anesthetic drug Isopropyl Phenol applied to artificial abortion could get a satisfactory analgestic and sedative result. But compatibility of Fentanyl ease to cause higher frequency of breath rate decrease and suppression.
