摘要
目的 探讨可吸收螺钉治疗踝关节骨折方法及疗效。方法 对 38例踝关节骨折患者使用可吸收螺钉内固定 ,并评价效果。结果 34例骨折全部愈合 ,2例发生螺钉断裂 ,2例出现局部炎症反应。愈合病人关节活动不少于正常肢体之 90 %。结论 对于踝关节骨折的治疗 。
Objective To investigate the method and the effect of absorbent screw on ankle joint fracture. Methos 38 cases of patients with ankle joint fracture were treated with absorbent screw for inside fixation and evaluated the effect. Results 34 cases of ankle joint fracture were cured completely and 2 cases showed broken screw and the other 2 cases presented local inflammatory reaction. The joint movement of cured patients should not less than 90% of normal person. Conclusion A significant advantages showed in the treatment of ankle joint fracture by means of absorbent screw.
