晶珠降脂排毒胶囊的长期毒性试验

A LONG-TERM TOXICITY TEST ON THE JINGZHUJIANGZHIPAIDU CAPSULE

目的 观察晶珠降脂排毒胶囊对大鼠的长期毒性作用。方法 晶珠降脂排毒胶囊分别按 0 .5 g/kg、1 .5 g/kg、3g/kg体重灌胃给药 ,连续给药 45天 ,90天后及停药 1 5天后 ,分别观察测定药物对大鼠行为、外观 ,主要脏器心、肝、脾、肺、肾的重量以及各组织细胞形态 ,肝脏和肾脏功能及血象等各项指标。结果 晶珠降脂排毒胶囊各剂量在连续给药 90天后 ,对上述指标均无明显影响 ,仅大剂量 ( 3g/kg)给药 75天和 90天后 ,对体重有明显抑制作用 ,停药 1 5天后体重不再有下滑倾向。结论 本品安全可靠 。

Objective To study the long-term toxicity of the jingzhujiangzhipaidu capsule (JPJN) in rats. Methods the rats were treated respectively with a 105-days oral administration of large-, middleand small-doses of the JPJN. after 45-, 90- and 105-days the behavior and the outward appearance were observed, then the weight ratio and the histiocyte morphologics of the important organ which include heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney, the function of the liver and the kidney were determined respectively. Results only the large-doses of the capsule inhibited the body weight distinctly after 45- and 90-days, then the descending tendency was stopped when the capsule weren't taken for 15- days. The result may be connected with the action of decreased lipid in the capsule. Conclusion the capsule was safe and efficient that can be taken for a long time.
