西宁市小学生营养状况调查分析

A SURVEY ALALYSIS ON THE NUTRITION SITUATION OF PUPILS IN XINING

目的 了解西宁市小学生的营养状况 ,探讨影响西宁市儿童少年营养的有关因素。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法在西宁地区 3所小学中随机抽取若干班进行调查 ,观察指标为身高标准体重。结果 调查的 1 0 35名学生中 ,营养不良率为 34.1 1 %,且以轻度营养不良为主。各民族间营养不良率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而超重与肥胖汉族学生明显高于其他各民族(P <0 .0 1 )。男女生营养不良率、超重与肥胖比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 西宁市小学生营养状况不佳 ,合理膳食、普及科学营养知识 。

Objective To know the nutrition situation of puplis in Xining and detect the risk factors of children's nutrition in Xining city. Methods Through the way of stratified sampling and classes in three primary schools for survey,survey index is standard long-weight .Results The rate which came from surveying in 1035 students who are in a bad nutrition situation is 34.11%,And most of these students are in a slight bad nutrition.The differences about the rate of bad nutrition among the nations are not very significant (p>0.05).But as for over weight and fat. Han students are more than other minority students between girls and boys. Compare over weight (P<0.01), the rate of bad nutrition appears a evident variation (P<0.05).Conclusion the nutrition situation of pupils in Xining is bad. It is very useful and necessary to make everyone to know the knowledge how to application of nutrition and improve the level of food .in such a way , the case of nutrition could be improved.
