糖尿病患者超声乳化白内障吸除加人工晶体植入术后的疗效观察

OBSERVATION ON THE EFFECT OF PHACO AND LOL IMPLANTATION IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES

目的 观察糖尿病患者行超声乳化白内障吸除加人工晶体植入术后的疗效。方法对 40例 ( 4 6只眼 )糖尿病患者行 phaco+Iol术 (超声乳化术加人工晶体植入术 ) ,同时随机抽取同期非糖尿病患者行此方法手术 (对照组 ) 40例 ( 4 7只眼 ) ,术后均随访半年 ,对两组患者术后的并发症及视力进行比较。结果 糖尿病组术后视力 0 .3以上者 35只眼 ,非糖尿病组视力 0 .3以上者 41只眼 ,两者比较无显著差异 ,术后观察两组患者结膜充血、前房渗出、虹膜色素脱失、瞳孔位置情况并进行比较 ,结果两组无显著性差异。结论 对于糖尿病患者行phaco

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of phacomulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients with diabetes. Methods Group 1:40cases (46 eyes) with diabetes having undergone phaco and IOL implosion;Group II:A matched group of 40 cases without diabetes having the same operation. Postoperative vision and complications were compared between the two groups with 6 months follow- up. Results The eyes whose postoperative vision is above 0.3 in Group I and Group II were 35 and 41, respectively; There were no statistically significant differences in postoperative vision, congjunctival congestion,anterior chamber exudation, iris pigment detachment and location of pupil between the two groups. Conclusion Phaco and IOL implatation is a safe and effectivei therapy in patients with diabetes.
