高压氧治疗脊髓损伤疗效分析

THE EFFECT OF HYPERBARIC OXYGENATION ON SPINAL CORD INJURY

目的 提高脊髓损伤患者的治疗效果。方法 对 1 9例脊髓损伤患者在外科治疗基础上进行高压氧综合治疗 ,同时与单纯接受外科治疗的 1 5例患者进行对比观察。结果 高压氧综合治疗组有效率 78.9% ,对照组有效率 46.7%。结论 高压氧辅助治疗脊髓损伤恢复快 ,有效率高 。

Objective The preseat study wasde signed toexamineWhether hyperbahc oxydrenati oncanimproveneur010gi cal injury afver Spinal cord injury. Methods Thirty-four partients with Spinal cord injuly were divided into two group.One group weretre nted by Surgi calinterventi on and hyperbaric oxygenation,and theo ther were treatedbyhy perbaricoxygenation.only The average improvemen trate in deffrient groups were compared.Results The improvemen trate was 78.9%in the patients with surgi cal interventi on and hyperbari coxygen therapy,while these valucwas46.7%inthepatients with hyperbaric oxygenation without surgi cal intervention.Conclusion Hyperbari coxygenation can accelerate neurological recovery,improve efiectiveness and prevent compli cati on ofspinal cordinjury.
