摘要
目的 自由基是造成人体过早衰老的主要原因之一 ,多数黄酮类化合物能清除自由基 ,但沙枣花中黄酮类化合物的生物作用迄今未见报道。方法 本文根据Fenton方法建立产生羟基自由基的模型 ,采用分光光度法进行跟踪分析 ,利用沙枣花的提取液中的功能成分黄酮类化合物对羟基自由基进行了清除试验研究。结果 在 1 2 .5 μg/ml~ 1 0 0 μg/ml范围内 ,浓度与清除效率呈正相关。结论 结果表明 。
Objective Free radical is one of the main reason of ageing.Many flavonoids can eliminate free radical. But the physiological function of flavonids of the flowers of Elaeagnus angustifolia L have not been report up to now. Methods Based on the Fenton mondle of producing hydroxy group free radical, the analyses on the track by visible absorptiometry have been done .That flavonoids compounds eliminate hydroxy group free radical has been studied,based on effective constituents extraction of the flowers of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. Results The concentration in12.5μg/ml~100μg/ml is related to elimination efficiency positirely. Conclusion The result show that the elimination efficiency of hydroxy-group free radical is better.
