摘要
从活性污泥中分离驯化出一株能降解对苯二甲酸 (TA)的诺卡氏菌属 (文中称细菌 A) ,经复壮后 ,接种于 TA液体培养基中。研究证明 ,该细菌对 TA废水 CODCr的最大去除率可达 4 9.4 6 %。综合考虑不同氮源对细菌 A的 TA降解率和去除废水 CODCr效率的影响 。
Nocardia(Bacteria A)which could degrade terephthalic acid(TA) was isolated from activated sludge.After the nature screen,it was inoculated in the TA liquid culture.The result shows that the maximum capability of removing TA wastewater’s COD-{Cr} by Bacteria A were 49.46%,NH-4Cl was the best nitrogen source.
