摘要
用凝聚法制备出粉末粘接型氯丁橡胶 (PCR2 4 4 )。研究了包覆剂性质对PCR2 4 4粒径分布的影响 ,并用SEM对所得PCR2 4 4的形貌及断面进行了观察分析。研究表明 ,在CR2 4 4粉末化体系中 ,包覆剂必须具有一定的交联程度才能起粉末化作用。在研究范围内 ,包覆剂的θg 对粒径小于 0 .9mm产物的成粉率几乎无影响 ,均达到 98.6 %以上。SEM分析表明 ,PCR2 4 4宏观粒子表面粗糙 ,粒子内外均分布着大量空隙 ,其形成过程可分为三个主要阶段 ,即在包覆剂作用下 ,首先由胶乳初级粒子聚结成次级粒子 ,再由次级粒子凝聚成团粒 ,最后团粒相互结合成宏观粒子PCR2 4 4。
Powdered CR244 adhesive type chloroprene rubber (PCR244) has been prepared by means of coagulation from its latex.The effect of polymer encapsulant properties on its powdering ability was investigated.The structure of PCR244 particles was observed and analyzed through SEM.Results showed that polymer encapsulant must be cross-linked to some degree in order to get PCR244.Glass transition temperatures of the encapsulants have little effects on their powdering abilities in studied range.The weight percentage of particle size bellow 0.9mm in diameter is over 98.6.SEM analysis showed that PCR244 surface,which is formed through three main stages with polymer encapsulant existence,named first-sized particle to second-sized particle,to cluster and to macroscopic PCR244,is rough and there are many interspaces both inner and outer.
