篮球运动是以投篮为中心,以得分多少决定胜负的集体对抗性的运动项目。随着高科技的发展和信息化的传输,以及在新规则的实施下,大大地促进了篮球运动向"高、快、准"全方位的进攻与防守方向发展。作为学校的基层篮球教学训练,应以世界篮球为视觉目标,加强对青少年以投篮为中心的基本训练。

With the development of science and technology and messaged transmission, and under the new rule, the basketball exercise is facilitatcd to go in the direction of all-direction and position attack and defence of the high, the fast and the accurate. As the basic basketball instruction training, the school should have to take the world basketball as its target, and enforce the basic training of youngsters in which shooting is the core of training.
