论近代法国政治现代化曲折进程的进步性和保守性

0n the Progressive Characteristic and the Conservative Characteristic in the Course of the Political Modernization in France

1789年,法国爆发资产阶级革命,确立了资本主义的政治制度,但此后封建势力与资产阶级民主政治又几经搏杀,各种社会矛盾激化,危机频发及解决,多种类型的政治制度相继出台,直到1875年宪法和1884年宪法修正案的颁布,资本主义共和政体得以完全确立,从此标志着法国资本主义政治现代化最终实现。在这个近百年的历史进程中,法国经历了诸多的风风雨雨,既体现历史进步与文明的发展,也存在历史负担与积淀。因此,在法国政治现代化进程中既有进步性,也存在保守性,本文试图在这个问题上作一些探索。

In 1789,the capitalist revolution explosed in france,and the capitalist system was set up. But in the later time,the feudal force struggled against the capitalist politics and all kinds of political systems came into being.Until the constitution of 1875 and the constitution amendment of 1884 were promulgated,the capitalist republic system was completely set up. It was the mark that the capitalist modernization in politics was realized at last. In about five scores years, France experienced too much events, which showed the progress of history and the development of civilization. So in the course of French political modernzation there was not only the progressive characteristc but also the conservative characteristic. This paper gives the matter a thought.
