界定了新农村的内涵:新农村要建立现代农业生产和经营方式;新农村的农业经济组织需要更新;新农村经济发展的重点是工业化;新农村的发展还必须与实施城镇化战略相结合;因地制宜是建设新农村的普遍适应性原则;新农村分类及参考评价指标体系。对新农村的发展前景进行了展望。并结合具体案例“武汉市市郊型新农村建设模式”对新农村进行阐述。

This article attempts to define the concept of new countryside and points out that the new countryside is a way of establishing modern agricultural production and operation and that its economic development should focus on industrialization and integrate with urbanization. The writer has also made a case study and analyzed the prospects of the new countryside.
