摘要
从新疆干旱地区获得的根瘤菌对盐、碱、高温和抗菌素等不利条件有较强的抗逆性。测试菌中分别有47%和32%的菌株在0.68mol/L 和0.86—1.03mol/L NaCl 的 YMA 培养基上生长;49%菌株在 pH4的 YMA 培养基上生长;85%在 pH10的 YMA 培养基上生长;43%菌株在43℃条件下生长;55%菌株60℃处理10分钟后仍然能正常生长;41%、26%菌株分别耐500r、1000r 的链霉素。新疆根瘤菌除具备一般根瘤菌鉴定特性外,测试菌中50%菌株利用柠檬酸;68%菌株液化明胶;36%菌株水解酪素,与一般根瘤菌反应特性不一致。
The rhizobia got in Xinjiang arid area were highly resistant to salinization,high tempera-ture and antibiotic,etc.Among tested strains,47% were able to grow in YMA medium with 0.68mol/L NaCl and 32% grown with 0.86—1.03 mol/L NaCl;49% of the strains were able to growon YMA with pH 4 and 85% grown with pH 10;43% of the strains were able to grow under43℃ and 55% were tolerant to 60℃ for 10 minutes;41% were good resistance to 500γ streptomy-cin and 26% to 1000γ.Some strains were possessed of special properties in physiological and bio-chemical reactions,as follow:50% of strains were able to use citrate;68% could liquify gelatin:36% could hydrolyze casein.
