摘要
利用x射线衍射、扫描电镜-能谱分析、蒸馏滴定法等技术,分析了国产钼酸铵废液的化学成分.在此基础上,研究成功一种"二步分级沉淀回收废液中硝酸铵"的方法.实验室kg级小试证明,采用本文指导的技术,可以从废液中回收纯度不低于99.5%的优质硝酸铵,同时还可以将大体积的废液转化为少量能处置的固体残渣,为大规模治理钼酸铵废液,提供了先期技术依据.
The ammonium molybdate waste liquid was analyzed with some techniques, such as XRD、SEM-EDS,and tifrimetric method after distillation,eic.Based on the results obtained from this analysis, a two-step precipitating and separating method to recover ammonium nitrate from the waste liquid has been developed. The experiment in our laboratory proves that by using this method, the ammonium intact with a purity of not less than 99.5% can be recovered, at the same time, a large amount of waste liquid can also be transformed into a small amount of solid residue, thus basically solve the problem of bringing the waste liquid under control.
