On Lawmaking of Preschool Education

学前教育是我国学制的基础阶段,也是我国基础教育的有机组成部分。在教育法律体系日趋完善的同时,惟独学前教育的专门性法律尚存空白。法律制度的保障是学前教育顺利发展的基本条件,是阻止当前学前教育持续滑坡和促进学前教育发展的关键。综合分析,学前教育立法势在必行,且时机已成熟。

Preschool education is an elemental stage of the educational system in China, and is an indiscerptible part of our country's basic education. With the improvement of educational law system, but the special laws for preschool education is lacking. A healthy law system ensures preschool education develop smoothly. In doing so, the author thinks that it's very necessary to make laws for preschool education and the time ripens.
