医患纠纷的发生以及解决不但与纠纷的主体有紧密的联系,与政府及社会相关组织也有着不可或缺的关系。医方注重人文情感能加强医患之间的沟通可减少医患纠纷;医方健全规章制度、实施规范化的管理亦可降低纠纷;医方要重视宣教,在纠纷中要争取积极主动,抱着诚信提前介入,可避免纠纷产生或使纠纷得到顺利解决。政府及社会相关组织应开辟诉讼外的解决机制和途径,减少诉讼,提高医患纠纷解决的有效性。医患纠纷的社会属性决定了纠纷的预防和处置需要医方、政府及社会相关各方的共同努力。
