Analysis of the status of tracking review implementation in the ethics commitee of 3-A-grade hospital in Nanjing

对南京市三甲医院伦理委员会跟踪审查制度执行情况进行调查,结果显示,大部分医院都已建立了跟踪审查制度,但存在跟踪审查工作还不够深入,跟踪审查的记录有待进一步完善等问题,需要加以改进。建议逐步完善跟踪审查制度,在做好被动跟踪审查的同时加强主动跟踪审查工作,详细记录跟踪审查过程,并呼吁伦理委员会所在的研究机构为伦理跟踪审查的开展提供相应的人力、物力资源。

Through the investigation on tracking review in the ethics committee 3-A-grade hospital in Nanjing, we found that most hospitals had established the tracking review. However, the work to tracking review was not enough, and the records of tracking review were not complete, which needed to be improved. We recommend that the tracking review should be improved, gradually, and the active and passive tracking reviews should be enhanced at the same time. Otherwise, the records of the tracking review process needed to be detailed record. At last, we called on that the research institution of ethics committee should prove enough human resources and material resources for the development of tracking review.
