多向度医学人文关怀理论初探

当前的医学人文关怀实践并未有效缓解国内医患关系紧张的局面,以及医学所面临的现代性危机。作为缓解医患矛盾、化解医患冲突理论基础的医学人文关怀,因其实践无力应当被重新审视。传统视域下的医学人文关怀理论注重医护人员对病患群体的关怀研究,研究视域和关怀对象较为狭窄,未能全面理解把握人文关怀在医学中的应有内涵。在传统视域之外还存在着病患群体与社会对医护人员的关怀,以及社会对医患双方的关怀。文章分析人文关怀在医疗过程中的现实需求,探讨医学人文关怀存在的多向度视角,并通过对其在实践中存在的众多不足进行解读,进而对多向度医学人文关怀理论进行初步探索。

Medical humanistic care in medical institutions and the medical humanities quality training implementation in medical staff can not effectively help alleviate the tense relationship between doctors and patients in China. To resolve conflicts between doctors and patients, theory foundation of medical humanistic care should be revisited. The traditional view of medical humanistic care theory pays attention to the care of medical staff on patient groups, relatively narrow research horizon and caring object can not help us to fully understand connotation of doctor-patient’s relationship. Besides the traditional view of the medical humanities care theory, there are still the patients with the community and the community care for the medical staff, as well as the social care for both doctors and patients. Through the practical need of humanistic care in medical treatment, the theory of medical humanistic care is preliminarily explored, and the theory of multi degree medical humane care is put forward.
