摘要
研究了经过氧化氢(H2O2)处理过的纤维素与丙烯酸在非均相体系中进行的接枝共聚,主要考察了聚合温度、聚合时间、预处理温度和纤维素状态对接枝聚合物的接枝参数的影响,以及交联剂对吸水倍率的影响,发现了H2O2-Cellulose先形成氧化还原体系,再引发丙烯酸与纤维素接枝的聚合机理。
Before the copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA) onto cellulose in the heterogeneous system, cellulose was activited by being heated in the hydrogen peroxide solution, and the copoly-merization was easy. The influence of polymerizing condition such as reaction temperature, reaction time, pretreatment temperature on graft parameters was studied, and the influence of crosslinker on absent parameter was also showed. Finally mechanism of graft copolymerization was explained, and it was that hydrogen peroxide and cellulose formed redox initiation system, which initiated the copolymerization of AA with cellulose.
