摘要
木素磺酸先与甲醛、对羟基苯磺酸缩合,再与间苯二酚缩合,得到木素-甲醛-对羟基苯磺酸-间苯二酚缩合物(LFR)。LFR与适量的甲醇、戊二醛反应生成LFR-戊二醛缩合物(LFRG)。LFRG与铬(Ⅲ)络合制得改性木质素复鞣剂—RetannageLG。探讨了RetannageLG的最佳合成条件。应用结果表明,该产品对猪皮正面服装革具有良好的复鞣性。
Lignin sulfonic acid was first condensated with formaldehyde and p-hydroxypheholic sulfonic acid and then further condesated with resorcinol,to give lignin-formalin-p-hydroxypheholic sulfonic acid-resorcinol resin(LFR).Third LFR was linked with glutaraldehyde to give LFR-glutaraldehyde resin(LFRG).Finally LFRG was reacted with Cr^(3+) to form complex Retannage LG.The optimal preparation conditions of the Retannage LG were explored.Results of the application test verified that the retannaging of Retannage LG for pig grain garment leather was superior
