稀土复合掺杂锰酸镧材料的制备 被引量:1

摘要 结合掺杂理论 ,采用固相反应法 ,制备了稀土复合掺杂钙钛矿锰酸镧阴极材料。XRD、DTA等分析研究所制备材料 ,结果表明 :稀土复合掺杂锰酸镧阴极材料的固相反应温度范围为 10 0 0 - 130 0℃ ;最适宜的保温时间为 10h ;反应物混合研磨、压片、烧成可以合成晶粒尺寸为 1- 7nm的产物 ;进行复合多掺杂研究 ,表明A位Ca、Sr共同掺杂以及B位Co、Fe双掺杂都能够提高材料的电导率。 Based on the doping theory,the experiment prepared rare earth composite doped Perovskite LaMnO 3 through solid state reaction.The properties of the materials have been investigated with XRD,DTA analysis.The experiment result showed that the sintering temperature range of these materials are 1000-1300℃;The perfect operation duration time is 10h;Through mixing,milling,pressing the starting materials into pellets and sintering can obtain the product with the grain size 1-7nm.The electrical conductivity of rare earth composite doped LaMnO 3 materials can be increased by doping Ca and Sr in A place or By doping Co and Fe being in place of Mn.
