摘要
简要地介绍了复合微晶玻璃玻化砖制备原理和性能 ,详细讨论了生产工艺过程控制要点 ,考察了热处理制度对微晶玻璃熔体排气和析晶的影响关系 ,优化了工艺参数 ,并研发出合格的复合微晶玻璃玻化砖。
The preparation principles and the properties of composite glass porcelain tile are briefly introduced,and the control factors in production process are discussed in detail.The effect of heat treatment system on glass frit degassing and crystallization,optimizes the processing parameters,is also investigated and qualified composite glass procelain tile is developed.
