摘要 本文介绍高剪切连续混炼双辊机(简称CMS机)的基本结构与工艺特点,其主要结构特点为辊筒表面开设若干斜向凹槽,辊筒分段调温及分点供料,由此可对各类高粘性物料体系进行连续的、良好分散的混炼和塑化加工。 The construction and processing technology of a new type of roller mixer-the continuously mixing and shearing roller(CMS) were described. The keyfeatures of CMS are the surface of rolls were grooved,the temperatures of rolls were sectionally regulated and the rollswere feeded at different positions. Therefrom, a continuouxly and perfectly distributing,mixing and plasticizing of high viscous material,systerns can be realized.
