基于网络药理学的中药大品种深入研究策略

摘要 中医药是我国各族人民在临床实践中逐步形成的具有'君、臣、佐、使'用药原则和'七情和合'配伍规律等完整药学理论体系的医学科学。同样,其基于人整体观而作用于多靶点多途径的多组分天然药物系统,也是复方药物的典型代表。 TCM is a medical science with a complete theo?retical system of pharmacology,such as the medication principle of"monarch,minister,assis?tant and envoy"and the compatibility law of"seven emotions and harmony"gradually formed in the clinical practice of the Chinese people.Similarly,its multi-component natural drug system,which acts on multiple targets and multiple pathways based on the human holistic view,is also a typical repre?sentative of compound drugs.With the continuous introduction of modern industrial technology,TCM keeps advancing.A large number of big-brand Chinese patent medicines are emerging.Chinese patent medicines can be engineered and be applied in groups,with characteristics of strong sustain?able development.This approach inherits the tradi?tional theory of TCM,but does not overempha?size individualization.
