摘要
网络药理学是指将药物作用网络与生物网络整合在一起,分析药物在此网络中与特定节点或模块的相互作用关系,从而阐释药物和机体相互作用的科学。其中,生物网络是指利用网络学科的语言,将复杂的生物系统的相互作用抽象表达为网络,建立网络模型,进而通过研究代表生物体的复杂网络的成分关系和特性来揭示生物体的原理和本质。
Network pharmacology is the science of inter?preting the interactions between drugs and organ?isms based on analyzing the interactions between drugs and specific nodes or modules by integrating drug action networks and bio-networks.This bionetwork is a network model made from the inter?actions of complex bio-systems employing language of network disciplines,which be used to reveal the principle and mechanism of organisms by studying the composition relationship and charac?teristics of complex networks.Bio-networks can be abstracted by the organisms in various biomole?cules(such as nucleic acid,protein,sugar,fat and ion)and their interactions,organelles and their interactions,cells and their interactions,different tissues(such as different brain regions)and their interactions,organs and their interactions(such as interactions between central and peripheral immunity as well as endocrine glands),even by system interactions(such as NEI),or surely a multi-dimensional network by molecules,organ?elles,cells,tissues and organs.
