摘要
最新研究表明,环状RNA(circRNA)可能成为新的心脏疾病诊断和治疗靶点。本文综述其在心脏发育及多种心脏疾病中的作用及分子机制,提出糖尿病性心肌病中circRNA_010567和000203,心律失常中hsa_circ_025016,心肌梗死中circRNA_30741、心肌梗死相关环状RNA(circRNA MICRA)和circRNA Cdr1as,冠心病中hsa_circ_0124644、hsa_circRNA11783-2和circTCF25,心力衰竭中心脏相关环状RNA(circRNA HRCR)和mmu_circRNA_010567及心脏衰老中circRNA Foxo3均是潜在的诊断或治疗靶点,以期为重大心脏疾病的防治提供新思路。
Recent studies suggest that circular RNAs(circRNAs)are potential new targets for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases.This paper reviews the function and molecular mechanism of circRNAs in cardiac development and various cardiac diseases,and predicts that circRNA010567 and 000203 in diabetic cardiomyopathy,hsacircRNA025016 in arrhythmia,circRNA30741,circ RNA myocardial infarction associated circ RNA(circ RNA MICRA)and circ RNA Cdr1 as in myocardial infraction,hsacirc0124644,hsacircRNA 11783-2 and circTCF25 in coronary artery disease,heartrelated circRNA(circRNA HRCR)and mmucircRNA010567 in heart failure and circRNA Foxo3 in cardiac aging are potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets for cardiac diseases.
