锑化合物的毒性作用及临床应用研究概况

Overview of toxic effect and clinical application of antimony compounds

锑及其化合物在环境中普遍存在,被广泛用于制造、食品和医疗等行业,而我国是世界上锑资源最为丰富的国家,由此导致的污染以及健康问题已引起人们的重视。本文综述了国内外有关锑化合物对肝、肾及心脏等器官的毒性和致癌性等毒性作用及其抗肿瘤和抗利什曼病等临床应用研究概况,并提出目前研究存在的局限和不足,为深入研究锑化合物对健康的影响提供参考。

Antimony and its compounds are ubiquitous in the environment and widely used in manufacture,health care,and food industries.China has the richest resources of antimony in the world,but the consequent pollution and health problems have attracted attention.This paper reviews the research findings on organ toxicity,carcinogenicity,anti-tumor effect and anti-leishmaniasis action of antimony at home and abroad,which are the health effects of antimony compounds,and points out the limitations and flaws of current research in order to provide reference for in-depth study of the health effects of antimony and its compounds.
