活性氧在肿瘤发生和治疗中的作用研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 活性氧(ROS)增多可导致机体内氧化/抗氧化失衡,其累积一方面会对生物大分子产生损害,比如对DNA产生损伤,从而引起包括癌症在内的多种疾病;另一方面,通过调节细胞内ROS水平,可选择性杀死瘤细胞。本文主要综述ROS在多种肿瘤相关信号通路中的作用,包括ROS与肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、细胞周期与凋亡、干细胞间的关系,以及ROS在肿瘤发展中的作用。此外,还综述了针对ROS的传统抗癌药物和ROS响应性载体在肿瘤治疗中的作用,为肿瘤防治提供新思路。 Increased reactive oxygen species(ROS)cause oxidative and antioxidative imbalance in the body,which can damage biological macromolecules,such as DNA,and cause a variety of diseases including cancer.On the other hand,ROS plays an important role in tumor therapy.This paper reviews a variety of cancer-related signaling pathways associated with ROS,relationships between ROS and proliferation,migration,cell cycle and apoptosis of tumor cells and stem cells.Moreover,This paper reviewed the role of traditional anti-tumor drugs towards ROS and ROS responsing vectors in tumor therapy.It is expected to provide new ideas for cancer prevention and treatment.
