摘要
为了对地沟油进行有效的脱色,本研究拟采用双氧水联合粉煤灰对地沟油进行脱色处理。采用单因素与响应曲面实验对脱色工艺进行优化,最终确定了地沟油的最佳脱色条件为:向地沟油中加入0. 91mL的双氧水以及0. 60g的粉煤灰,加热至60. 93℃,搅拌24. 85min,脱色率达到最大(80. 0191%)。验证试验结果与模型预测值十分吻合。因此,该模型可为地沟油脱色提供一定的参考和依据。
In order to effectively decolorize waste cooking oil,this study selects hydrogen peroxide-fly ash combination treatment. The single-factor and response surface experiments are used to optimize the decolorization process. Finally,the optimal decolorization condition for the waste cooking oil is determined as follows. Hydrogen peroxide is 0. 91 m L,and fly ash is 0. 60 g,when temperature is 60. 93 ℃ and stirred time is 24. 85 mins. The decolorization rate reaches the maximum( 80. 0191%) under the optimal condition. The verification test results are in good agreement with the model prediction value. Therefore,this model may offer some reference and gist for research on the decolorization of waste cooking oil.
