摘要
探讨提取沙柳纤维素的工艺条件,并对沙柳纤维素的结构进行表征。分2个过程分别脱除沙柳中的半纤维素和木质素,通过单因素实验考察了碱液浓度、时间、温度等因素对纤维素含量的影响。实验结果表明,在NaOH溶液的质量分数为6%、半纤维素脱除温度为70℃、脱除时间为1. 5 h的条件下,半纤维素的脱除率为92. 44%;在NaClO溶液的浓度为40 g/L、木质素脱除温度为75℃时,木质素的脱除率为62. 70%。在上述条件下,沙柳纤维素含量为62. 90%。SEM、XRD、FT-IR、热重等分析表明,沙柳纤维素为I型晶型结构,热稳定较好。
The optimum technological conditions for extracting cellulose from Salix psammophila are discussed,and the structure of celluloseis represented. The hemicellulose and lignin in Salix Salix are removed in two processes.The single factor experiment show that the hemicellulose removal rate is 92. 44% when themass fraction of NaOH solution is 6%,hemicellulose removal temperature is 70 ℃ and hemicellulose removal time is 1. 5 h. The removal rate of lignin is 62. 70% when the concentration of NaClO solution is 40 g/L and the temperature of lignin removal is 75 ℃. Under the conditions,the cellulose content of Salix is 62. 90%. The results of SEM,XRD,FT-IR and thermogravimetric analysis show that Salix cellulose is type I crystal structure with good thermal stability.
