摘要
目前,国内工业应用中的传统晶闸管调节器控制精度低,通讯功能差,不能满足现代工业生产的要求。而单片机(MCU)以其功耗低,工作稳定,体积小,便于携带等优点,广泛应用于工业领域中。本设计采用理论加实验的方法,设计了一款以STC89C52单片机为核心控制器,晶闸管为主要变流器件的交流调功控制器。运用过零检测触发方式,通过单片机产生可调的PWM波来控制双向晶闸管的通断,进而调节负载上所消耗的平均功率,得到交流调功的目的。
At present,the traditional thyristor regulator in domestic industrial application has the disadvantages of low control precision and poor communication function,which cannot meet the requirement of modern industrial production. Whereas the single-chip microcomputer is widely used in industrial field because of its advantages such as low power consumption,stable work state,small size and its easiness to carry. Therefore,an AC power regulator controller is designed based on MCU STC89C52 and BCMlAM bidirectional thyristor. Using the zero passage trigger method,the MCU controls the state of thyristor by the adjustable waveform. Consequently,the average power of the load can be adusted.
