公园绿地周边环境控制指标体系研究

Study on Environmental Control Index System around Park Green Space

目前,国内公园绿地周边环境控制指标体系研究存在等特点,相关指标体系领域亟待深入的理论探讨。针对当前公园绿地及周边房地产开发等问题的突出矛盾,根据公园绿地的性质和特点,通过借鉴城市控制性详细规划控制体系与控制方法,从土地使用、景观生态容量、建筑形态环境几个方面构建较为完善的公园绿地周边环境的的指标体系框架,对公园绿地周边可能影响公园景观的建设项目,实行严格控制。

At present,there are gaps in research on environment control index systems in the areas around park green spaces in China. In view of the conspicuous contradictions,such as the current real estate development around park green space,according to the nature and features of the park green space,through using the regulatory plan,control system and control methods for refernece,the paper constructs a relatively complete index system framework on park green space surrounding environment ftom the aspects such as land use,ecological capacity,etc. The construction projects that may affect park’s landscaping should be strictly controlled.
