摘要
随着网络信息技术的发展,网络招聘早已成为招聘者和应聘者交流的一大平台,运用数据挖掘技术对网络招聘信息进行研究,可以得到社会对人才的需求情况以及人才需求趋势,本文采用灰色预测模型预测未来人才需求的走向,通过分析预测未来的人才市场的热点专业,可以从准确的从招聘信息中找到相应的信息,发掘隐含的知识模式.对于高校,可以有针对性的调整人才培养方案和设置安排相关课程,促进高校培养出更多适用的优秀人才以满足社会的需求。
With the development of Internet technology,online recruitment has becomes a communication platform for employers and applicants. By using the data minning technology to research the online recruitment information,we can get the social demand for talent and talent demand trends. In this paper,the hot majors in the future talent market are predicted by grey model,which could find the appropriate information quickly and accurately,and explore implicit knowledge model. For universities,they can adjust talent programs and set up relevant courses to meet the needs of society.
