我国危急值管理现状与思考

Current Situation and Rethinking on Critical Value Management in China

目的查阅相关文献,回顾近年来我国危急值相关研究的文献,了解我国危急值管理现状,为进一步做好危急值管理提出对策和建议。方法以万方数据服务平台为检索数据源,以2000年~2014年为时间段,在标题中以"危急值"为检索途径,搜索文献数据,通过微软Excel办公软件处理数据,采用文献计量法、过程分析及回顾性研究法进行分析和研究。结果检索到2000年~2014年有关危急值论文406篇,其论文数量逐年上升,研究内容以危急值的开发、报告、临床应用及管理为主。结论我国危急值相关研究论文逐年上升,危急值报告内容、方式也逐步实现信息化、个性化、系统化,建议医院通过多种措施,结合医院实际进行规范化的危急值管理。

Purpose The paper aims to review the literatures related to critical value studies of China in recent years by searching relevant literatures, learn about the current situation of critical value management in China, and bring forward countermeasures and suggestions for further improvement of critical value management. Method Literature data during the period from 2000 to 2014 are retrieved on the Wanfang Data Service Platform as data source by using "critical value" in titles as the retrieval approach. These data are processed with office software Microsoft Excel and then analyzed and studied with the methods of bibliometrics, process analysis, and retrospective study. Result 406 papers about critical value are retrieved between 2000 and 2014. The number of papers is increasing year by year, and the studies mainly focus on the development, report, clinical application, and management of critical value. Conclusion The number of research papers on critical value in China is increasing year by year, and the contents and modes of critical value reports are gradually being informationized, individualized, and systematized. Hospitals are recommended to standardize critical value management by taking multiple measures in combination with their actual conditions.
