The paper summarizes current situations of domestic and overseas multi-discipline integration and apoplexy center establishment and introduces the experience and practice in setting up an advanced cerebral apoplexy prevention and treatment platform through multi-discipline resource integration, based on the established apoplexy unit and in combination with local reality. The paper discusses such aspects of apoplexy platform as its infrastructure construction, organizational system establishment, staff completion, equipment configuration, standard document formulation, and development of diagnosis and treatment technology.
