院长行政查房在医院安全管理中的应用及评价

Application and evaluation of administrative ward rounds by the president in hospital safety management

目的探讨院长行政查房在医院安全管理中的应用及其实施效果。方法由业务院长带领医疗管理相关职能部门主任对我院32个临床科室及病区进行医疗行政安全查房。结果经3年持续的行政查房,全院纠纷投诉数量逐年下降,2012年为78起,2013年50起,2014年降至38起;医疗纠纷赔付金额也呈大幅下降,2014年医疗纠纷赔付金额与2012年相比下降了41.35%。结论院长行政查房可促进医疗质量的持续改进,减少医患纠纷的发生,有利于医疗安全管理。

ObjectiveTo investigate the application and the effect of administrative ward rounds by the president.Methods The administrative ward rounds led by the executive president to 32 clinical departments and wards together with directors from relevant management departments.ResultsAfter three years administrative ward rounds, complaints of medical disputes declined year by year, from 78 cases in 2012, to 50 in 2013 and 38 in 2014. The compensation also dropped dramatically with 41.35% reduction in 2014 as compared to 2012.ConclusionAdministrative ward rounds by executive president can promote continuous improvement of medical quality, reduce medical disputes and facilitate medical quality management.
