摘要
公立医院内部绩效考核分配是医院管理工作中的重要环节。控制药占比,促进合理用药既是医院内部绩效考核的重要内容,更是考核工作的主要目标。通过分析药占比指标的局限性及当前内部绩效考核在控制药占比、促进合理用药方面的管控现状,提出建立以次均药费指标为计算基础的专项绩效考核方案。通过实践,探索了该专项绩效考核方案的计算办法、经济可行性、方案的优点及其实施过程中应注意的问题等。
Internal performance evaluation and allocation of public hospital is one important link in the hospital management. Controlling drug proportion and promoting rational drug use are not only important contents but also main objectives of the internal performance evaluation of hospital. By analyzing the limitation of drug proportion index and the status quo of using current internal performance evaluation to control drug proportion and promote rational drug use, the paper suggests working out a special performance evaluation scheme that takes the index of average drug fee as calculation basis. The special scheme is exploratively analyzed through practice to discuss its calculation method, economic feasibility, advantages, and matters needing attention during practice.
