摘要
目的为创新医院改革思路,实现医疗资源共享,对托管基层医院的护理管理工作进行帮扶以助其改进。方法以无偿帮扶二级医院的形式,由三级医院派驻护理专家担任托管医院分管护理工作的领导,深入实际开展帮扶工作。结果托管后的基层医院护理人力得到了合理的使用,发挥了护理人员工作积极性,提升了护理队伍的整体素质,患者满意度明显提高并获得了良好的社会评价。结论帮扶托管基层医院过程中采取的有效落实优质护理服务、提高护理管理职能、合理调配护理人力资源等措施,有利于提升托管基层医院的护理服务水平与技术水平,保证了护理质量与安全,是一种跨区域医疗资源共享的有益尝试。
Objective The paper aims to innovate the ideas of hospital reform, realize the sharing of medical resources, and assist entrusted basic-level hospital in improving nursing management. Method Class-3 hospitals assign nursing experts to class-2 ones to assist them for free, and the experts work as leaders in charge of nursing in the entrusted hospitals to carry out in-depth practical assistance. Result The nursing manpower of entrusted basic-level hospital is used reasonably, the working enthusiasm of nursing personnel is given play to, the overall quality of nursing team is improved, the patient satisfaction is obviously raised, and good social evaluation is obtained. Conclusion Measures taken during the assistance for entrusted basic-level hospital, such as effectively implementing high-quality nursing service, improving the function of nursing management, and rationally allocating nursing human resources, are favorable for increasing the service and technical levels of nursing in entrusted basic-level hospitals. As beneficial attempts at cross-regional medical resource sharing, such measures guarantee nursing quality and safety.
