Promotion and reflection on the doctor's multi-sited license policy in China

回顾我国医师多点执业政策研究及试点成效,分析医师多点执业未热的原因。认为医师对职业发展的选择和对政策走向的预判是医师多点执业不热的主要原因,制度、配套政策不完善以及大型公立医院动力不足等也影响了医师多点执业的推行。推进医师多点执业需要形成共识和对相关制度进行创新,同时还需改变医师管理方式。

The paper relfects the study of the doctor’s multi-sited license policy in China and the pilot results. It analyzes the cause for failure of the doctor’s multi-sited license to receive much popularity. It is believed that doctors’ selection of occupational development and their pre-judgment of the policy tendency may be substantially accountable for such failure. Deifcient systems and supporting policies as well as insufifcient drives of large public hospitals also have an effect on the implementation of the doctor’s multi-sited license. To promote the doctor’s multi-sited license, it requires consensus building and system innovation and a change of the doctor management mode.
