合理的管理流程能使道路交通事故社会救助基金发挥出积极抢救受害人的作用,在挽救生命的同时,也解决了高额抢救费用支付问题,减轻了医疗机构的经济负担。医疗机构参与道路救助基金流程管理,能更有效地发挥救助基金的作用。文章通过对医疗机构参与道路交通事故社会救助基金管理流程的探索,对如何使更多的伤者得到救助,如何更高效、合理地发挥救助基金的作用提出建议。

The reasonable management process can allow the social assistance fund of road traffic accident to positively rescue victims, save lives, solve the problem of payment of high rescue expense, and reduce the economic burden of the medical institutions. Medical institutions involved in the process management of road rescue fund can more effectively play the role of rescue fund. By exploring the medical institutions involved in the management process of social assistance fund of road trafifc accident, this paper gives suggestions on how to rescue more victims and how to more efifciently and reasonably play the role of rescue fund.
